Senior Accountant
Our Client designs, produces and puts together live shows combining post-modern dancing, music, circus arts and special effects. The aim of them is to produce the most spectacular shows on earth. They are now looking for a purchase to join their team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Encoding sale and purchase invoices
- Encoding the bank statements
- Update and encode the investment files – calculation of depreciation
- Update and encode the received invoices and calculate the provisions
- Carry out the preparatory work for the annual closure
- Update and encode the outgoing deferred files – calculation of the provisions
- Prepare monthly, the justification of the accounts
- Manage the various deposits
- Encode various operations (including the wages) relating to the cost accounting of the company
- Prepare VAT declarations of the companies
- Prepare the appendices of the tax declarations
- Control the application of the procedures: purchase order procedures
- Ensure the accountancy daily administration of the company
- Follow-up of the accounting administration’s transactions
Qualifications:
Education
Other Skills
- Experience with Macau’s local and legal practices
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Fluent in French is a plus
