SENIOR STORE MANAGER (Ref: MSSM)

Reporting to the operations management in HK head office, you will be assigned to manage a retail department store at the Venetian Macao resort complex. You have to adopt full responsibility in sales generation, cost control and maintain world class service standard at store at all times. In addition, you are required to ensure effective execution of business promotion, store presentation, merchandising planning & management of store staff. in maximizing sales profits as well as ensuring operation efficiency.

Requirements

-         Diploma holder or above;

-         Solid work experience in retail sales and operation management preferably with dynamic exposure of various product categories e.g. perfume & cosmetics, luxury watches/jewelry, fashion, audio/visual equipment etc.;

-         Strong business acumen, result-oriented in generating sales and operational profits;

-         Positive with effective people management and leadership skills are essential;

-         Macau citizen or willing to relocate to station at Macau

# Candidates with less experience will be considered as Store Manager
