Our client is a Macau-based development and investment company with roots in the Las Vegas, United States. The company’s primary focus is to provide high-quality dormitory housing for Macau’s gaming concessionaires. They are now looking for an enthusiastic, organized, self-motivated individual in order to fill the position of Administrative Officer.
The responsibilities associated with this position are to perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, filing, correspondence, and performing ad-hoc projects as required.
Job description:
· Perform regular inventory of operational and office supplies and place orders as needed.
· General reception duties. Professionally deal with all incoming communication such as phone calls, office e-mail, and voicemail.
· Maintain office records by copying, filing, organizing and archiving documents in paper and electronic form.
· Perform errands that assist daily functions: post office, bank, utilities, etc.
· Distribute/file all incoming mail.
· Maintain a clean and professional environment in the office.
· Perform other necessary tasks as required.
· Research, typing, correspondence, faxes, and filing.
· Keep updated staff contact list and assist with staff mailings
Job requirements:
· University Bachelor’s Degree or above major is Business Administration or other relevant areas.
· Ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
· Strong skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Attentive to details.
· Self-motivated individual who is willing to learn.
· Professional attitude, appearance, and demeanor.
· Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
