Our client, a new lifestyle hotel at the heart of Macau peninsula with over 200 rooms, is looking for dynamic team players to join its 800 staff opening team.
Report to: MIS Manager
Job Description:
- To provide support to existing clients and to carry out daily health check of Systems
- To handle hardware server and system setup
- To maintain in-house Windows systems includes MS Server 2008, Exchange 2007
- To maintain and support systems includes Casino and Hotel servers
- To provide system and application support, conducting consultation service to clients
- Handle the project implementation, configuration of system products and cooperation with team members in project management practices.
- To identify and resolve problem on customer’s system and ensure an end-to-end service is maintained in an efficiency and effective way.
- Collaborate with other teams to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- High Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in System & Network Support area.
- Experience in administration & configuration skill on Windows 2003/2008 Server environment, Active Directory infrastructure, MS Exchange 2007 and VMware.
- Familiar with the Backup and Recovery System, such as Symantec Backup EXEC and CA ARCServe products.
- Experience in Blade Server and SAN storage is an advantage.
- MCSE/ MCSA/MCITP is a must.
- Analytical, creative mind, team work and positive attitude.
