Job Responsibilities:
• To manage the daily operations of the reception
• To answer telephones and handle enquiries
• To meet and greet clients and visitors
• To setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
• To perform general clerical duties including but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
• To maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
• To manage stocks for stationery and pantry
• To research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies
• To coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for internal and external users
• To coordinate project-based work
• To carry out any other ad hoc projects as assigned and offer general team support
Requirements:
• Diploma or equivalent qualifications, with working experience in office administration and guest services highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Mature, diligent, plus innovative, detail-oriented and problem solving skills, able to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent and professional communications and interpersonal skills, with good command of verbal and written English, Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Immediate availability preferred
