IT Field Service Manager

•          College degree holder in IT or related disciplines w/ITIL Cert. or project management experiences

•          8+ years solid experiences in IT field services & support

•          Practical support experiences in general IT systems, hardware, software, networking and peripherals.

•          3 years solid Install/Move/Add/Change & project implementation/deployment and management experiences

•          Experiences in working / supporting Casino applications and environment or experiences in working in IT system integrators are advantage

•          As a technical lead to drive and coach field technicians/engineers to provide desk-side user support, problem diagnosis, h/w & s/w break-fix, problem escalation and follow-up; strong resources planning and team driving skills

•          Strong team building, staff development, coaching and people influence skills

•          Experiences in drafting field services procedures, workflows, SLA and related documentations.

•          Be able to handle multiple tasks with good sense of priority and details.

•          Good communication skills  (both verbal and written) in English and Chinese

•          Good presentation skills and customer facing & compliant handling skills

•          Able to work & standby 7 X 24 bases

•          Macau ID holder a MUST
