Responsibilities:
·          Provide application support for casino management system products
·          Customer requirements gathering and systems implementation
·          Troubleshoot customer issues
·          Provide technical and  functional training to casino staff
·          Handle regular courtesy visits or calls to customers
 
Requirements:
·          Solution-oriented and customer driven
·          Good analysis and troubleshooting skills
·          Windows XP, Windows Server, MS SQL Server administration
·          Network troubleshooting
·          Fluent in both English and Cantonese
·          Understanding of casino operations is a plus
·         Experience in Unix (AIX or Linux) is desirable
·         Preferably experienced or certified in any of: CCMP, CCDA, CCNA, MCSE, MCDBZ, CISSP or CISA.
