Our client is a US based investment company who specialize in real estate development and in dormitory housing. They are looking for a potential candidate who has a passion in Project Finance with strong analytical skills. They are expanding their portfolios in Macau and are currently looking to hire for the follow position. The responsibilities associated with this position are to perform general administrative support to the Chairman. To be successful in this position, the employee must be results oriented and have the demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize workflow.
Job description:
- Perform a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties as required by the Chairman.
- Represent the Company to the public, business associates, clients and other parties at the request of the Chairman.
- Greet clients and visitors.
- Co-ordinate the Chairman’s schedule, appointment, reservations and travel arrangements.
- Update and organize the Chairman’s Contacts.
- Plan, organize and co-ordinate meetings, conferences, functions and special events for the Chairman and his clients.
- Organize meetings involving multiple senior executives.
- Provide follow up to assignments given to management staff by the Chairman.
- Receive and distribute incoming mails and faxes; review and evaluate mail/fax to identify those items requiring priority attention of the Chairman.
- Receive and screen communications to the Chairman including telephone calls and e-mail messages, and provide assistance using independent judgment to determine which requiring priority attention.
- Prepare and /or edit internal and external letters, faxes, memos and mass emails.
- Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents for the Chairman.
- Process billing, payment of invoices, bank reconciliation and personal expenses for the Chairman.
- Keep and maintain a good and efficient tracking and filing system.
- Take care of personal stuff for the Chairman.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the Chairman.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Business Administration or relevant areas
- 3 years or above in secretary or executive assistant experiences
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Independent, proactive, details oriented and patience
- Able to work in pressure and work in a fast-pace environment
