Job descriptions of Training Specialist
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To assist the Training & Development Department in formulating and
development comprehensive training plans/manual and deliver effective training
programs
- To evaluate training effectiveness and service performance of staff
- To deliver Orientation program; Train-the trainer training program & a series of Customer service training to all sales staff
- To be responsible for Staff Engagement programs including prepare and edit
Monthly Newsletters and other Recreational activities
- To participate in any ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor
- To assist the Mystery Shopper Report
Qualification Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management; Training & Development or Hotel Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail or hotel industry
- Proficient in both written and verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Patient, initiative, outgoing and well-organized, able to work independently
- Excellent presentation, communications and facilitation skills
- Be self- motivated team player with business awareness and enthusiasm
- Hands on experience in using MS office, /Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
- Fresh graduate will be considered as Assistant to Training Specialist
