Job Position:
OFFICE MANAGER/ADMINISTRATOR
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure the office runs both effectively and efficiently, and all procedures and practices are complied with the Company's requirements
- Monitor the office filing system for all business related and statutory documents, and the timely renewal of the office documentation, licenses and tenancy lease
- Prepare annual office expenses budget and ensure effective control on office expenses
- Assist in the follow up collection actions for overdue receivable accounts
- Handle on Blue Card applications and renewal
- Assist on Payroll management and liaise with Accounting team (HK)
- Manage on HR related issues with the Macau government
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder, major in Business Administrations, Finance or Accounting related discipline will be preferred
- At least 5 years relevant work experience with 2 years supervisory level in office administration
- Strong command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge of QuickBook is favorable
- Strong business sense, good people management and client facing skills
- Be detail minded, mature and initiative
