Our client is an offshore company in Macau. They are now inviting a good individual to join them as Administrative Assistant.
Job Duties:
- Receptionist/office administration
- Assist in generation of reports
- Assist in some Human Resources related tasks
- Delivery of documents where necessary
- Other duties assigned where necessary
Requirements
- At least 1 year receptionist / office administration experiences
- Form 7 or above with formal business studies is highly preferred
- Smart, fast, detail-minded, tactful, independent, well-organized, responsible, good interpersonal and communication skills and team player
- Able to manage time in an effective and efficient manner and to prioritize urgent matters
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Excellent command of spoken/written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office
