Customer Service Representive
Job Description / Basic Duties:
Be responsible for providing good service to clients in all sales and marketing process
Participating in quality improvement projects
Preparing quotation & agreement for the client as well as correspondences, order processing and delivery arrangement and payment methods
Handling client enquiries and other sales administrative work
Report to Customer Service Manager
Requirements:
University graduate
Good attitude, pro-active and outgoing
English & Chinese-typing and computer skills, well-organized and independent
Good communication skill with both written and Spoken English & Cantonese
Minimum 1- 2 years working experience.
