Responsibilities:
Lead the sales team in the store to operate efficiently towards the sales target Manage the daily operations as well as formulate & implement the sales strategies Contribute and implement all in-store marketing & promotion activities to enhance the brand's awareness in line with the corporate strategy Provide training to the sales team
Requirements:
At least high school, tertiary education is an advantage At least 6 years’ retail experience with at least 2 years’ supervisory level in fashion / luxury product industry Strong leadership, people management skills and team building technique Be aggressive to achieve the sales target and evaluate the shop operation efficiency Proactive, aggressive, service oriented, team player Good command of spoken Putonghua, English and Cantonese Computer literacy Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate. Less experience candidates will be considered for Sales Associate grade.
