We are hiring a Network & Systems Engineer to support daily IT operations, maintain corporate network and server infrastructure, and enforce IT standards across business units. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for internal users and maintaining our group-wide IT assets.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Assist in maintaining corporate LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi networks, servers, and file/backup systems.

·         Help define and enforce standard procedures for corporate PC images, software installations, user access permissions, and IT equipment allocation.

·         Support internal users on hardware/software troubleshooting, account setups, and Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).

·         Maintain IT asset inventory and participate in lifecycle management of hardware and software.

·         Support meeting room systems (AV, conferencing tools) and help coordinate office-wide IT upgrades or rollouts.

·         Collaborate with senior IT staff on documentation, user guides, and security policy enforcement.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or final-year student in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.

·         Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, networking basics, and endpoint troubleshooting.

·         Strong learning attitude and service mindset; able to communicate clearly with non-technical users.

·         Organized, dependable, and responsive in a team environment.

·         Prior internship or part-time IT support experience is a plus, but not required.

·         More experience will be considered as Senior position.
