Logistic Officer – Shipping and Inventory Control

• Responsible for all shipping arrangement and related matters between overseas suppliers, parent partners and respective shipping company
• Liaise and Maintain relationship with all stakeholders
• Update and Prepare shipment planning for both import and export
• Follow import export procedure
• Liaise with respective government agencies regarding each shipment to ensure goods are correctly cleared from customs and more

Requirement:

• Proactive, organized and forward thinking
• Self motivated and able to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Good with MS Office and PC skills
• 2 years working experience in related field or Undergraduate and fresh Graduate in business admin and related equivalent are welcome
