Description
As a
personal assistant, your main responsibility will be to assist the directors in
handling and arranging work-related matters, personal affairs and other matters
that require assistance as assigned. This position requires the ability to
multi-task and the ability to work independently.

作為私人助理，您的主要職責將負責協助董事處理及安排工作相關事務, 私人事務及其他被指派需要提供協助的事情。該職位需要具有同時處理多項任務的能力及獨立工作的能力。
Key
Responsibilities
· Assist in handling and arranging work-related matters.
· Assist in handling and arranging personal
matters.
· Assist in other matters that require assistance as assigned.
主要職責
• 協助處理及安排工作相關事宜。
• 協助處理和安排個人事務。
• 協助處理被指派的需要協助的其他事項。
PREREQUISITES
· 4
years or above relevant experience.
· Good communication and co-ordination skills.
· Ability to work independently.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Fluent in Chinese & English (written and verbal).
· Valid
Macao Driving license holder (car).
