Planning Supervisor

Job Responsibilities 職位簡介：

1. Organize the preparation of various plans in the area and organize their implementation;

2. Organize the development planning of the area and sort out the development strategy of the area;

3. Organize the preparation of various special plans in the region;

4. Organize the demonstration of planning conditions for important areas, important lots, and landmark key public building projects in the region;

5. Responsible for formulating land transfer conditions and carrying out land use approval;

6. Coordinate related business work with other management departments;

7. Cooperate with the completion of the relevant work of the department.
   

1. 組織編製片區內各類規劃並組織實施;

2. 組織片區開發策劃，梳理片區開發策略;

3. 組織編製區域內各類專項規劃;

4. 組織區域內重要地區、重要地段、標誌性重點公共建築工程的規劃條件論證;

5. 負責擬定土地出讓條件、開展用地報批;

6. 與其他管理部門協調相關業務工作;

7. 配合完成處室相關工作。

Requirement 崗位要求：

1. Should have overseas work experience, or foreign (overseas) learning experience;

2. Targeted selection is conducted for Chinese citizens among Hong Kong and Macao residents, requiring no foreign nationality, no permanent residence permit or long-term residence permit outside the country (territory) other than Hong Kong and Macao residence permits, and no household registration in the Mainland;

3. The second-level and first-level commissioners require full-time bachelor's degree or above, bachelor's degree or above from key domestic universities and well-known universities abroad; The supervisor requires full-time graduate degree or above, master's degree or above from key domestic universities and well-known universities abroad;

4. Professional requirements: planning related majors;

5. The second-level commissioner is required to be a fresh graduate in 2023 or 2024 or have more than 2 years of relevant work experience; The first-level commissioner is required to have at least 3 years of relevant work experience; Supervisor is required to have at least 4 years of relevant work experience;

6. Experience in urban planning/design or large-scale design institutions in the field of architecture is preferred;

7. Long-term work and life in Hong Kong, Macao and overseas is preferred;
   

1. 具有應國（境）外工作經驗，或國（境）外學習經驗；

2. 面向港澳居民中的中國公民進行定向選拔，要求無外國國籍，無除港澳居留許可之外的其他國（境）外永久居留許可、長期居留許可，無内地户籍；

3. 二級、一級專員要求國内重點高校及國（境）外知名院校全日制本科及以上學歷，學士及以上學位；主管要求國内重點高校及國（境）外知名院校全日制研究生及以上学歷，碩士及以上學位；

4. 專業要求：規劃類相關專業；

5. 二級專員要求為2023、2024屆應屆本科或具有2年以上相關工作經驗；一級專員要求為具有3年及以上相關工作經驗；主管要求為4年及以上相關工作經驗；

6. 擁有城市規劃/設計或建築領域大型設計機構相關經驗優先；

7. 長期在港澳、境外工作、生活者優先。
