• Participate and lead the creative design, and production of multiple hotel, resort, and clubhouse projects;
• Strategically lead each stage of the project from concept through design development, detail documentation, site management and right through to client handover;
• Participate and advise on FF&E Selection;
• Liaise and attend client/ project management meetings necessary for project completion;
• Play an active role in the management & operation of the office. 

To be successful in this position you should possess the following attributes:

• Degree qualified in an architectural or interior design related discipline;
• At least 8 years’ Interior design experience, with the majority of this being hospitality related;
• Be able to create and evolve concepts and detailed design for flamboyant and hotel interior architectural design;
• Have a strong eye for detail, and understand the importance of details in hospitality projects;
• Strong client management and interaction skills;
• Strong AutoCAD and related technology skills;
