To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking
for high caliber individual for the following position:
Human Resources Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES:

To handle concession staffs’
monthly payroll and final payment for
full time and part-time staff
-
To ensure staff’s
attendance records are accurate
-
Prepare debit note for Concession Companies and process monthly debit note report to Account
department and Electrical Appliance department
-
To prepare and explain contract details for new joint staff
-
To liaise
with Concession Companies
regarding recruitment, contract agreement and other daily process
-
To prepare for staffs’ Social Security
Fund contribution quarterly
-
To process for salary increment, probation and other related documentation letter
-
Conduct monthly meeting with leasing counters
-
As an administration for new HRIS development
-
To assist other ad-hoc
assignments as and when required
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant
disciplines
-
Minimum of 5 years relevant
experience in HR, preferable from sizeable corporations
-
Well versed in Macau’s Employment Ordinance
and other relevant regulations
-
Mature, highly motivated, result-oriented,
strong analytical ability and customer focused
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as
good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
-
Computer literate, well-versed
in MS Office and Chinese word processing
