Administration Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Internal and
external meeting arrangement include minutes taking and agenda preparation
- Issue memorandum
and report as instructed
- Filing licenses and
contracts
- Handle incoming and
outgoing correspondence
- Serving guests or
visitors
- Check memorandum
content issued by other department
- Assist Administration Manager in document handling and reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduate
or above
- Formal secretarial
training preferable
- 1+ years working
experience
- Proficient in
Chinese & English word processing
- Fluent in spoken
and written Chinese & English
