Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1.  To lead assigned team members in driving sales and meet sales target
2.  To assist Store Manager on training program include product knowledge, service standard, system operation, etc.
3.  To well understand customer's needs timely, handle customers complains carefully and efficiently,and improve their satisfaction
4.  To assist Store Manager on stock taking, data summary, and other assigned tasks
5.  To take care of all store routine works when Store Manager is not on duty

Requirement

1. 4 years experience in retail industry (luxury brand)

2. Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
