Administration Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical
support
- Place order from suppliers for office
stationery, cleaning products, office fixtures and other related
- To check for the cleanliness of the department store
- Assist in arrangement for office equipment
and facilities maintenance
- Cooperate with team members to complete
the task effectively
- Participate in any other ad hoc projects as
assigned
Requirements:
- Secondary graduate
- At least 1 year solid
administrative experience
- Proactive with good communication skill
- Be pleasant, responsible,
reliable and systematic
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word
Processing
- Good command of spoken and written English,
Cantonese and Mandarin
