Assistant Store Manager
Job Responsibilities:
• Leads and drives the team by identifying opportunities across all departments by motivating the team to deliver
• Drives and leads accurate stock management and timely implementation of corporate seasonal updates and events in line with the Brand, Space, Store Presentation and Marketing principles
• Role models and drives a memorable shopping experience by engaging with and making a personal connection with the customer
• Leads the team to the delivery of ‘Ready to Trade Standards’, delivering an aspirational and clean environment for customers and colleagues
• Ensures a Safe & Legal working environment for colleagues & customers and performs the role of the Duty Manager
• Manages a committed team who feel fully engaged, supported and recognized for their contribution
• Drives individual performance and develops potential through the successful implementation of the career path
• Drives the store’s profitability through minimizing losses, accurate staff cost management and drives an efficient & productive working culture
Job Requirements:
• Tertiary educated will be an advantage. Those with DSE or F.5 qualification with solid retail operations management experience in retail or relevant industry will also be considered
• Strong leadership with good commercial and numerical sense
• Good influencing and people management skills
• Proactive, passionate for driving success
• Customer focused
• Innovative with effective problem solving and analytical skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
