Purpose of work

To work with both clients and candidates to find a successful match.  You will deliver best-practice tailored recruitment processes to ensure both client and candidate needs are met. 

You will develop partnerships to achieve your revenue targets and customer service

objectives.  You will be responsible for growing your individual portfolio and knowledge of

your market sector to ensure clients and candidates benefit from a specialist recruitment

experience.  

Requirements 

§   Sound experience as a Recruitment Consultant OR previous experience working within a sales or service delivery environment

§   Ability to listen to clients needs, provide solutions and execute service orientated strategies.

§   Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

§   Capacity to forge strong relationships with a diverse range of people

§   Goal orientated and motivated by excellent service delivery to clients and candidates.

§   Intermediate organisation and administrative skills coupled with computer literacy and database management

§   Demonstrated integrity, judgement and ethics relating to customer dealings 

§   Good command of English and Chinese
