Objective Summary:
Provide excellent customer
services to the customers and to ensure departure/arrival procedures are
followed.
Main
accountabilities include:
Handle passengers’ check-in, issue
boarding pass and baggage tag to passenger
Ensure smooth boarding according to
airline procedures
Provide escort and assistance service to
special needs passenger, such as wheelchair passenger, unaccompanied minor, etc
Assist passenger and liaise with airlines
regarding lost/damage baggage handling
Guide passengers, provide information and
problem solving in case of discrepancies
Essential
Requirements:
Senior secondary graduated or above
Mandarin/ English/ Cantonese speaking
Korean / Japanese will be an advantage
Pleasant personality and enjoy working
with people
Willing to work on shift
