Our client is a Hong Kong listed company with Macao office serves as a trading firm, involving in import and export of crude oil and petroleum products. To cope with rapid expansion of business, we are now looking for a high caliber candidates to join our team as our Finance Manager.
Finance Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Dual report to General Manager of local office and the CFO of the Group
- Accountable for full-range of daily finance and accounting functions, including preparation of month end closing and cash flow management
- Responsible for preparing budgeting and forecasting, and annual business plan(s)
- Handling all treasury and financing related matters, dealing with local financial institutions and bankers
- Oversee tax planning and project finance, annual audit, cost and credit control, financial & management reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and all legal requirements are met
- Participate and perform ad hoc assignments and projects as required
Job Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Accounting/ Finance or related discipline, with recognized professional accounting qualification is preferable (HKICPA, ACCA,CFA, etc)
- At least 5 years' experience in Accounting/Finance in MNC of which 2 years at a managerial level
- 3 years of experience in handling full set of accounts, posses sound banking relationship is preferable
- Experience in working in an offshore trading industry, Audit, Merger & Acquisition with international trading exposure is preferred
- Good knowledge in Listing Rules, Accounting Standards, Legal and Compliance Requirements is an advantage but not a must
- Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills
- Attentive to details strong financial sense with good analytical
- Able to work independently, multi-task and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in spoken and written included English, Mandarin and Cantonese will be advantage
- Occasionally business travel to overseas, including China is require
- Holder of Macao ID is required
- Immediate available is highly preferred
