銷售部會計經理

Accounting Manager( in Property Sales) 

職位要求：

· 因應公司業務發展，現聘請住宅銷售部會計經理。

· 曾從事相關財務會計管理工作，七年以上會計專業的工作經驗。

· 有能力制定、策劃、監督及執行銷售中心的樓盤銷售工作，並作出有關銷售的財務報告。

· 良好的人際溝通能力

     · 持有會計、金融專業相關學歷者。

· 具備房地產、建築等相關行業工作經驗者可優先考慮

Requirements:

· In response to the company's business development, we would like to hire an accounting manager for the residential sales department.

· Has financial management experiences of comprehensive residential sales project, more than three years of relevant work experience.

· Have the ability to formulate, plan, supervise and operate sales center work, and make the relevant sales financial reports.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Holders of accounting or financial qualifications are preferred
