Our client is a Listed Hotel & Resort Group. They are looking for right talent with relevant knowledge and experience for their construction project in Macau

Project Manager - MEP Design 

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree or above in in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Architectural Engineering or Building Services or related subject

- At least 8 years experience in MEP Design Project Management / Building Services System Design for large scale of projects, preferable in Hotels, Casinos, Shopping Malls etc... 

- Candidate with Consultancy experience will be an advantage

- Manage all aspects with consultant, contractors & internal engineering and design departments

- Providing meaningful input to the project’s programming and conceptual design activities

- Experience with BIM software will be an advantage (AutoCad, Revit, MS Project etc) 

- Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese and Mardarin, and conversational English

- Macau ID Holder ONLY
