Deputy Head, General Affairs

Job Duties:

-     General Affairs Office’ daily operations

-     Manage department functions in fit-out, design, property/landscape management, purchasing, retail leasing, etc.

- Manage department & project budgetting

-      Ad-hoc tasks / Special Projects

Requirements:

-       Degree holder in Management / Engineering related preferred

-       Minimum managerial experience of 5 – 8 years

-       Ability to work independently

-       Ability to manage budgets and project execution

-       Excellent organization & communication skills

-       Proficient in Chinese, Mandarin & English communication

-       Ability to work under pressure
