expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
Maintain executive's appointment schedule by
planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
Ensure operation of office equipment, order
maintenance when necessary. Troubleshoot malfunction of office equipment
