Job Duties
- To conduct mobile coverage measurement for 2G/3G/4G signals of different mobile operators
- To prepare RF coverage reports after field measurement with data collection
- To schedule daily CS complaint case field measurement in meeting end user schedule
- To timely respond and to reply/document findings to CS complaint cases via internal case tracking system
- To configure and manage field measurement tool for monthly specific route drive tests
- To generate monthly CS complaint cases for network quality improvement
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder in IT or telecommunication, or F6 graduate
- Radio frequency measurement tool knowledge such as use of TEMS, ASCOM, SAMSUNG/iPhones is a plus
- High EQ in master the customer support service
- Knowledge in mobile communication (2G/3G/4G) is a plus
- Willing to work after office hours occasionally
