職位要求:
職位描述Key Responsibilities
• Analyze data, be curious in finding out the reason of all data and figures
• Analyze business trends in the market and provide strategic action plan
• Coordinate and support the retail team for store operations. Supervise the order enquiries in boutique and follow up on product deliveries, and communicate with the boutiques on product information.
• Collaborate with marketing team for sales estimation and stock forecast. Review boutique stock regularly for inventory control and maximize sales opportunity
• Plan and coordinate with both internal and external parties and take the lead in events and strategic retail projects, including but not limited to stock logistics for sales event.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance and recommend strategic action plans.
任職要求Qualification
• Good understanding of the Retail market, preferably to have 3 years of sales experience
• Good analytical and strategic thinking with good communication skills
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic to create action plan and is able to follow through
• Proficiency in computer skills, able to handle in-house systems and Microsoft programs, notably Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
