Sales & Marketing Manager (JD)  Macau

Responsibilities

•        Work closely with the senior management and manage the team members on development & implementation of sales and marketing activities

•        Conduct events, talks and direct selling activities to promote Cryolife’s businesses


•        Initiatives and channel marketing programs in Hong Kong & Macau markets, especially E-commerce

•        Represent & create brand awareness & increase sales revenue in fast-growing Hong Kong & Macau market

•        Support relationship development with Doctors, Nurses and Agent Partners

•        Support, train and manage 3rd parties’ Sales Consultants and/or Agent Representatives in Cryolife’s Service Offerings  


•        Promote medical services and products plus exploring new potential partners and end-users 


•        Manage ad hoc sale & marketing with public relations activities 


•        Carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness and for product development if necessary

Requirements

•        Degree or above in Business / Marketing discipline or equivalent

•        Over 8 years related working experience, preferably in sizable MNC or with 3 years managerial grade

•        Previous roles in dealing with marketing / advertising agencies

•        Solid experience in social media management, advertising, branding, channel marketing, e-marketing & e-commerce

•        Strategic leader with strong leadership & communication skill

•        Demonstrated strong project management, organizational and negotiation skills;

•        Creative, self-motivated and team player

•        Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin

•        Preference with be given to those with medical industry background

•        Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
