Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial management functions of the branch
• Responsible for the development and control of an efficient accounting system for financial reporting
• Compute tax for the company and manage the corporation tax through efficient tax planning
• Prepare interim and annual accounts and liaise with external auditors to arrange annual review
• Establish and maintain the expense approval and payment control system
• Manage regular and ad hoc financial reports for both internal and statutory financial disclosure
• Ensure the compliance of regulatory reporting requirements
• Report on day-to-day funding position
• Oversee the treasury activity of the branch

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines, with professional qualifications preferred
• Minimum 5 years financial accounting experience in banking industry
• Good understanding of financial accounting theory, accounting practices, treasury operations, Macau tax and banking regulations 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Macau ID holder preferred
