Main Responsibilities :

-Lead a team to achieve business goals set by the management

-Exercise credit assessment with prescribed limit of lending authority

-Develop and cultivate existing and new customer relationship

-Ensure all the transactions are in compliance with the bank's credit control standards and operations procedures

-Coach and develop associates

Requirements :

-University graduate with minimum 8 years experience in consumer or commercial banking

-With solid branch management experience

-Good connection with local markets with proven track record of success of business achievement

-Super leadership skills especially in maintaining a supportive team culture

-Proactive with high spirit of determination

-Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
