Main Responsibilities :

-Oversee the Trade Operations Team of Macau Branch while ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements

-Lead a team to manage the daily routine trade operations and branch operation in an efficient and cost effective manner while delivering good quality services to internal and external customers, and maintaining high quality and adequate controls

-Maintain good working relationship with internal customers and support the initiatives of improving revenue stream

-Offer suggestions for process improvement and act as communication channel between Management and staff

-Keep abreast of banking development and share best practices with staff

-Provide guidance and training to team members to ensure performance targets are met

Requirements

-Degree holder in Business related disciplines; associate of HKIB preferred

-Macau ID holder is preferable.

-Possess minimum of 6 years' relevant banking experience with in-depth knowledge on Factoring / Trade products. 

-Knowledge and experience on branch operation is preferable.

-Sound people management skills and able to work under tight schedules

-Good problem solving and presentation skills

-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

-Proactive and with PC knowledge
