• Higher Diploma or above in Building or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years’ drawings / project coordination and contract administration experience in contractors for building projects;
• Self-challenge and has confidence to the position.  Preference would be given to the candidates with large scale building projects experience;
• Have positive attitude, self-motivated, conscientious, able to work independently and under pressure and strong task orientated mind;
• Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese
