Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for the production system support
• Perform system administration tasks which, includes installation, configuration, management, performance monitoring and maintenance of network equipment and servers
• Perform system administration tasks which, includes monitoring of live applications
• Assist in developing policies, procedures, reporting and technical documentation of production systems
• Perform troubleshooting, problem analysis and system recovery for network equipment, servers (including operating system) when required
• Will be assigned server maintenance duties that requires to travel abroad

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in computer science
• 4 years of experience in a previous network and systems administrator position
• Required skill(s): Linux, Windows platforms
• Solid experience in LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, Fortigate Firewall, Cisco router, network security practice
• Preferred skill(s): ORACLE, MSSQL, MYSQL
• Experience in system administration, configuration and management of Linux & Windows platforms
• Experience in basic hardware support for IBM and Dell servers
• Certification in RedHat Linux, Windows, Network Administrator would be added advantage
• Required language(s): Chinese, English
