Finance Manager – Award Winning Brand in F & B

Our client, an international F & B management company, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their Macau operation.

As the Accountant, you will act as the primary contact for Finance & Accounting Department and responsible for the day to day operations of the retail outlet. Specifically, your responsibilities include:

-          Perform reconciliation routines of Revenue & Cash receipts, Account Receivables, Inventory movements and Account Payable to ensure daily transactions are recorded in an accurate and timely manner

-          Report all finance and accounting related documents and issues to the Head Office in Vietnam

-          Maintain a proper filing for various purposes including annual external audit, tax assessment, internal references

To be successful in this position, we are looking for candidates with the following:

-          Finance & Accounting or related qualification

-          3 - 5 years of experience in AR/AP and month-end closing

-          Excellent skills in Excel & MS Office

-          Experience in Retail system (POS)

-          Knowledge / experience in F & B industry is an advantage but not essential

-          Fluent in English/Chinese

-          Attention to detail + excellent organizational skill
