Our client is one of  the largest marketing and communications networks in the world, with 450+ offices in 120 countries, specializing in advertising, relationship and interactive marketing, public relations, sales promotions and related marketing services.

They work with 500 Fortune Global companies through their local and worldwide networks. They can build blended solutions from deep specialist expertise in different disciplines. They are now expanding their business in Macau and is now seeking for high caliber to fill the following position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and understand project duties then execute internally.
• Assist in managing all advertising projects from commencement to production to implementation internally.
• Follow up with Purchasing Dept. For vendor's quotations, signage, advertising, promotions campaign, construction hoarding and product launch.
• Assist in managing advertising projects both in-house advertising projects and external advertising campaigns.
• Assist in managing budget and allocation of funds for appropriate and effective media advertising and platforms.
• Assist in managing production administration process which includes briefing vendors and internal support departments, to overseeing production process of vendor and installation process.
• Oversee invoicing process.
• Research media to discuss, review and propose appropriate advertising platforms & marketing opportunities. 
• Negotiate media prices and manage the advertising process.
• Managing the process of establishing contracts.
• Reviewing vendors and service suppliers.
• Liaise with internal departments to include Legal for compliance issues and approval of advertising content and end user departments for confirmation.
• Interviewing, recruiting and reviewing candidates within the Advertising team.

Job Requirements:

• Posses a great marketing/advertising sense with sound negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with local and regional media.
• Familiarity with events, public relations events and sponsorship negotiations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Be able to multi task, work efficiently, team player, work autonomously and manage under pressure.
• Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Must be able to communicate and interact effectively within a diversified multinational corporate team environment.
• Have a well groomed, professional appearance and work ethics.
• University Degree in Marketing/Commerce/Communications .
• A minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing, with experience in advertising and media planning.
