Our client is a premium supplier of groundbreaking gaming technologies, with over 20 years of industry experience and over 2000 staffs globally.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist the Asia Pacific Team in meeting month end reporting deadlines
- Assist in the forecasting process and management report / analysis
- Complete Intercompany recharges on a timely basis and follow up with AP/AR on any payments/receivable issues
- Post journals prepared by Asia Pacific team
- Prepare and filing of journals and balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basic
- Bank reconciliations for selected Asia Pacific entities.
- Prepare journals and balance sheet reconciliations on a timely basis
- Assist in Budgeting & monthly flash/forecast process for the Asia Pacific team.
- Assist and collate documents in Macau office to meet H1 / H2 audit requirements
- Prepare manual cheques as required and maintain the manual cheque register
- Provide assistance and information to Asia Pacific and other teams as required
- Ad hoc tasks as required

  Job Requirements:

- TAFE certificate/University in a finance related discipline
- High level of Excel skills
- Previous experience with PeopleSoft and TM1 desirable
- Good Communication skills with internal / external
- Attention to details
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
