HR & Admin Clerk (Macau Office)
Job Description:
Ø Handle general office administration functions eg. record updating, procurement, office maintenance, supplies and asset inventory etc
Ø Assist human resources functions eg. recruitment, employee attendance, leave records and personnel records update
Ø Preparation of the attendance report, expenses report and weekly report, etc.
Ø Provide clerical and administrative supports to general office
Ø Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Ø Post-secondary or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Ø 1-2 years solid and hands on experience in performing full spectrum of HR & Admin functions
Ø Be responsible, reliable, self-motivated, proactive and good organization skills
Ø Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
Ø Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
Ø Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
Ø Macau ID holder
Ø Immediate available is highly preferred
