Job Requirements :
· Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline with 3-5years experience;
· Well-versed in Macau & PRC labor laws and other regulatory practices;
· Good command of English and Cantonese;
· Meticulous, self-motivated with strong analytical sense;
· Excellent problem-solving, coaching and interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist HR Manager to handle the full spectrum of HR functions, including Recruitment, C&B administration, pay & leave administration, performance management, training & development and employee relations etc;
· Implement HR strategies including policies & policies, manpower control and labor relations strategies to attract, retain and motivate staff;
· Manage all aspects of office administration; develop and execute staff development activities and functions;
· Facilitates people development initiatives including trainee programs and succession planning for key position.
