·            At least 3 - 5 years experience in Web Design or Graphic Design;

·            Creative with good artistic and marketing sense;

·            Proven track record to build business through successful design

·          Knowledge of design & publishing applications e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, CorelDraw, Fireworks; Freehand, Flash Animation

·          Proficiency in web and Multimedia softwares

·          Creative, self-motivated, independent, and able to meet tight deadline

·          Good team player;
