Job Duties
- To assist in developing and enhancing an effective compliance infrastructure to accommodate regulatory requirements and mitigate compliance risk
- To formulate,review and roll-out regulatory compliance related policies and guidelines
- To understand the Branch's business/operations and provide advice,interpretation and recommendation on existing and new regulatory compliance requirements
- To provide compliance advisory support in current and new business initiatives
- To develop and provide compliance training to the staff on a need basis
- To undertake ad-boc projects as required
Requirements:
- University graduate in Business Administration,Accounting,Economics or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years' banking experience,with exposure in compliance an asset
- Mature,independent and detail minded
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Good communication,interpersonal and organisation skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- PC literate
