§      Handle cost estimation, contract award and administration, maintain cost data bank

§      Liaise with the project management team and consultant parties to advise on feasibilities of possible development and undertake investment analysis

§      Co-ordinate project activities and requirements with consultants to achieve deliverables in the most cost-effective manner

§      Ensure the completion of projects within the time frame and to the required standards

§      Degree holders in Quantity Surveying

§      Minimum 15 years of quantity surveying experience in overall building development process from inception to completion, Solid experience with property developer

§      Proficient in the selection of suitable vendors for cost-effectiveness & solid knowledge of materials sourcing

§      Uncompromising integrity with good supervisory skills to coordinate the work and communicate with all personnel, project consultants and contractors

§      Excellent communication skills and good command of English report writing
