§      Supporting and troubleshooting hardware & software in PC & notebook, multi-functions photocopier, IP-PBX telephone, security and attendance system

§      Providing support service to corporate blackberry mobile phone users

§      Performing backup tasks for system servers

§      Helping in any tasks necessary for corporate websites

§      Higher Diploma Holder or above in IT / Computer Science / Computer Studies

§      1 years working experience in IT field is preferred, able to read and communicate in English

§      MCP / MCSE / MCTS / MCITP / CCNA holder is an advantage      Knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP, Exchange, Firewall is a plus
