Our client, a European firm specializing in the earthmoving heavy machinery industry is currently seeking qualified candidates for their Yantai, Shandong operations. 

Responsibilities:

• Motivate and lead the Production Team
• Direct production, materials, manufacturing engineering, and quality assurance
• Provide guidance to resolve manufacturing problems
• Monitor operations budget
• Manage the production process and production schedule to meet with client requirements
• Coordinate with different departments to meet the production targets and deadlines

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 6 years working experience in  plant or operations management in a heavy machinery industry related company
• Experience in machinery assembly operations utilizing lean manufacturing techniques preferred
• Excellent skills in planning, coordination and control of industrial processes.
• Knowledge in quality management systems
• Strong Chinese skills.  Knowledge of English preferred.
